We understand that you may move house after ordering and may need to update your delivery address. We would ask that you let us know ASAP so we can update Wincanton. If you change the address within 96 hours of delivery you may be charged another delivery fee and your delivery date will change, as we'll need to re-book your slot. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your previous address details and proof of your new address (bank statement, council tax statement or utility bill). When they receive your documents, they’ll confirm if they're able to change this for you. If so, the new details will be on your account the next time you log in and they'll pass these over to us so we can update this for you. Once you've done this, please contact our customer experience team as we'll need to put your delivery on hold while DivideBuy process your request. It's really important that you do this to avoid paying a £99 re-delivery fee.
