Once you have decided what you would like to order, simply select 'Add to Cart'
Once you've done this, you'll have the option to review the items in your cart and remove or increase the quantity. If you're happy to continue then you can head to the 'Checkout'
We're unable to amend an order once it's been placed, so now it's time to carefully review the items that you've ordered. If you are ordering a corner sofa, we would recommend checking that you've ordered the correct corner. We've created a handy guide which you can check here.
If you would like to protect your sofa from any accidental damage in the next 5 years, we would recommend adding a Care Plan to your order. You can find more information on this here.
Now all you need to do is accept our Terms & Conditions before heading to the checkout.
Now it's time to get your details for the order. It's worth noting, that if you will be using finance to pay for your order then we can only deliver to your billing address.
As soon as you've added your address, you'll be able to access the booking system and can choose your delivery date. If you're not quite ready for delivery then you do have the option to put this on hold until a later date.
Now that you've chosen a convenient delivery date, it's take for us to take the payment from you. You can pay by debit or credit card, or you're welcome to use one of our finance options. If you so select a finance option, when you select 'Order Now' you will be redirected to their website to complete a short application. You'll find out in minutes if you've been accepted and will also confirm the repayment amounts/date along with the term of your agreement.

What happens next?
Once you've completed your payment we will send you a confirmation email with all of the details. Please check this carefully to make sure your details are correct and you have ordered the correct items, as we will be unable to amend the order for you. If you have made a mistake please contact us straight away so we can cancel this for you. Any cancellations within 96 hours of delivery, will have a £99 fee applied to the order.
