As part of the T&C's of our Flexi-Pay option, you had 1 year to pay the remaining balance of your order.
We do understand that the last 12 months have been extremely challenging. For this reason we would be happy to honour any payments you have already made, towards a brand new order.
You will need to pay the current selling price, and as we no longer offer Flexi-Pay as an option you will only have an additional 6 months to pay your balance.
Unfortunately if we haven't received payment in full by this time, your order will automatically expire and as part of our T&C's you will not be entitled to a refund.
