In order to keep all money safe & secure, we take payments through a 3D secure system which has tight fraud rules. From time to time, payments may get flagged on our system & declined. This can be due to your card being registered to a different address, or your card registered address being a new build etc.
If this is the case, money will show as unavailable in your bank account but your order will not be processed - please don't worry as the funds will be back in your account within a few days.
