If you have already contacted us and we have not been able to resolve the situation for you, you may wish to make an official complaint, please follow the steps below.
1) We will require you to put the issue you have experienced in writing. Please email us at email@example.com. - Please include a full explanation of your reason for complaint, along with any dates of calls, names of people you have discussed it with and any photographic evidence (if relevant) that you have.
2) Your complaint will be logged on our system and we notify you that this has been received.
3) A full investigation into your issue will be started within 24 working hours, or sooner if possible. We will aim to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction as quickly as possible, however please beware that depending on its complexities we do have an 8 week resolution window.
