Had a change of heart after placing your order?
Whatever the reason, you can change your order up to 94 hours prior to delivery with no charges. If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us via our Customer Support team. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
Please note, if your delivery has been booked in we will need to cancel the delivery with Wincanton before we make any changes. As soon as your order has been updated we can re-book for you, however the original date may no longer be available.
