My lead time is soon expiring, where is my sofa?

All of our sofas are made to order, please be rest assured that we will contact you as soon as production has ended and the sofa is ready for delivery. We do our best to comply with the lead times advertised, however this can sometimes be affected by occasional unforeseen delays – we will contact you if this is ever the case.
