If you booked your delivery date when you placed your order, then Wincanton will send you a text 2 days before your delivery with an estimated time slot.
If you weren't able to book a delivery date when you placed your order, this means it isn't quite ready yet and our team will need some time to prepare it for you. As soon as it's ready, we'll send you a booking link via text/email so that you can choose a delivery date that is convenient for you. 2 days before your delivery is due to arrive you'll receive an estimated time slot.
